How long does shipping take?

It depends on which country you live in. Here is a list of estimated shipping times per country:

United States: 4-8 Business Days

Canada: 4-8 Business Days

Australia: 4-8 Business Days

United Kingdom: 4-8 Business Days

Where are The Coffee Bazaar's products made?

For the majority of our products, we go to actual Turkish craftsmen to supply the products. The rest, we source British and Canadian suppliers (who get their products directly from Turkey). Meaning you're getting the most authentic Turkish products on the globe. Yes, this means that they're little more expensive than Chinese knock offs, but we value authenticity.

We carefully picked every manufacturer by looking at their quality standard and ethical working environment.

Can I return my items if they don’t fit my needs?

Sometimes it happens that an ordered item doesn’t fit your needs. There are two ways we can solve this for you. You can simply email us within 7 days of receiving and send the package back. We will then return you your money once we receive the product back. You can also send us an email and we can offer you a (30% to 50%) discount code on the same item in the right size. Delay in delivery is not a valid reason to return an order. The Turkish Coffee Bazaar doesn’t accept the return of consumables.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to every country! Please note that shipping times and rates are calculated for Canada and the USA. If you are interested in buying our products in a different country, please contact us for a custom quote.

Where is my package?

You can track your package at our Tracking Your Order page. You can find your tracking code in the e-mail that was sent to you, or find it in your account after you log in. Please note that it might take up to a week after your purchase to receive the email with your tracking code.

An item that I ordered has not arrived, where is it?

To cut out as much of the process costs as possible, we ship you the products directly from the factories where they were made. Not every product is made in the same factory, and there is a change that they therefore got sent separately. This might result in yours items to arrive on different days. Please give it another couple days and your item(s) will arrive!

Do I have to pay a customs/import fee over products that I ordered?

The prices shown on our website don’t include any customs or import fees. This fee is up to you to pay as the fee is decided by the customs of your country. Often our products are below the customs/import threshold fee, but we can’t guarantee this.

Do you guys supply restaurants or have a Wholesale option?

Yes we do! Please send us an email directly for a custom restaurant or wholesale quote and we will get back to you with more information.
